To rent a vehicle from ForcePlus Rent A Car, drivers must be at least 21 years of age (some vehicle categories may require a minimum age of 25) and hold a valid, non-expired driver's license that has been held for a minimum of one year.

International renters must present a valid passport along with a valid driver's license in a recognized format. An International Driving Permit may be required depending on the renter's country of origin.

We reserve the right to decline a rental at our sole discretion if the presented documentation appears invalid, expired, or fraudulent.

A valid credit or debit card is required at the time of booking. A security deposit will be authorized and held on the renter's card for the duration of the rental period, to be released upon the vehicle's return in its original condition.

Rental fees, including any applicable taxes and add-on services, must be paid in full either at the time of booking online or upon vehicle pickup, depending on the payment method selected during checkout.

Cash-on-pickup payment, where offered, requires full payment in local currency at the counter prior to vehicle handover.

Unless otherwise stated at booking, vehicles are provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with a full tank. A refueling charge, plus a service fee, will apply if the vehicle is returned with less fuel than at pickup.

Renters are responsible for using the correct fuel type as specified for the vehicle. Damage resulting from incorrect fuel use is the sole responsibility of the renter and is not covered under any insurance package.

Vehicles must be returned by the date and time specified in the rental agreement. A grace period of up to 29 minutes is generally permitted; returns beyond this window may be billed for an additional full day at the standard daily rate.

Renters anticipating a late return should contact their pickup branch as early as possible to arrange an extension, which is subject to vehicle availability.

All rentals include a base level of insurance coverage as described at the time of booking. This coverage typically excludes damage caused by negligence, reckless driving, off-road use, or violations of this agreement.

Any damage, loss, or theft occurring during the rental period must be reported to ForcePlus and, where applicable, to local authorities, as soon as possible. The renter may be held liable for repair costs, administrative fees, and loss-of-use charges not covered by insurance.

Optional additional protection plans may be purchased at the time of booking to reduce the renter's financial liability in the event of an incident.

Bookings may be cancelled or modified free of charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled pickup time. Cancellations made within 48 hours of pickup may be subject to a cancellation fee or forfeiture of any deposit paid, depending on the rate plan selected.

No-shows — where a renter fails to arrive for a confirmed booking without prior cancellation — will generally forfeit the full rental amount paid.

We recommend reviewing the specific cancellation terms shown at checkout, as they may vary by rate plan and vehicle category.

These terms may be updated from time to time to reflect changes in our services or operating requirements; the version in effect at the time of booking will govern that rental.

These terms shall be interpreted and enforced in accordance with applicable local law in the jurisdiction where the rental takes place. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full effect.
